Hannah Carmel is an accomplished practitioner with extensive experience in New York Labor Law and construction-related litigation. She also has substantial experience handling complex tort claims. Hannah has represented general contractors, construction managers, design professionals, and subcontractors in disputes involving New York Labor Law, design defect claims and breach of contract actions. The jury deliberated for 44 minutes on this case in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, Index Number 602537-21, before Judge Christopher McGrath.
