Russo & Gould is pleased to announce the elevation of Trishe Hynes to partner, effective January 1, 2026.

Trishe joined Russo & Gould as a senior associate in 2020 and has since advised clients on a wide range of matters, including New York State Labor Law violations, construction defects, high exposure multi-party motor vehicle accidents, appellate advocacy, and insurance coverage issues. Clients value her laser focus and fluency in managing all aspects of litigation, from appeals, motion practice, and court appearances to oral arguments, depositions, and hearings.

With deep experience in complex federal litigation, Trishe has successfully defended numerous government contractors and institutional clients, strengthening the firm’s reputation in this area. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from SUNY Buffalo Law School and is admitted to practice in New York State and the Western District of New York. In her spare time, Trishe enjoys reading, gardening, swimming, and spending time with her family, friends, and four dogs.
