Aidin Kazemi is an associate at Russo and Gould LLP, handling all stages of litigation in a variety of complex claims, including New York State Labor Law violations, construction defects, and high-exposure, multi-party motor vehicle accidents.

Prior to joining the firm, Aidin clerked at the New York State Supreme Court, Queens County, where he assisted his assigned judge with drafting orders, decisions, and judgments. During his clerkship, Aidin was exposed to a broad range of civil litigation cases, including torts, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, and class actions.

In his free time, Aidin enjoys learning new languages, exercising at the gym, and catching up with his friends.
